We are in search of an individual who will not only independently but also personally promote our products on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You will be the one creating unique videos, showcasing our products in action, sharing customer stories, and conducting inspiring interviews.

Responsibilities

• Strategizing and managing Packhelp’s key social media channels
• Acting as the brand persona on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Planning and executing a monthly Social Media Calendar, generating creative post ideas and drafting briefs for collaboration with creative and copywriting experts
• Working closely with the CRM and Paid Teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns
• Setting and achieving social media KPIs such as traffic, (micro)conversions, engagement rate, and followers
• Preparing regular reports and analyses, incorporating insights into future strategies
• Overseeing social media execution of client collabs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in organic social media management
• Being passionate about social media as well as the newest trends in online marketing; you will be our go-to person for inspiration and a source of what’s hot in your fields of expertise
• Proven track record of running successful social media initiatives and campaigns, with a strong focus on Instagram as well as YouTube and/or TikTok
• Great communication skills in English and Polish both written and spoken; you will be working with international team members and freelancers on a daily basis
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio as well as other social media planning (e.g. IconSquare) and community management tools (e.g. NapoleonCat)
• A self-starter attitude with a lot of independent thinking
