Jr Accounting Specialist German language

Your responsibilities:

Assisting Finance German Team in all of the accounting work to ensure proper bookkeeping and timely financial reporting including but not limited to:

• uploading bank statements into the system;
• settlement of customer ledger accounts and settlement accounts;
• reconciliation of balances and explanation of differences;
• handling payments;
• performing changes in customer data, sending copies and duplicates of documents,
• handling other queries;
• additional tasks as given by the supervisor.

Our requirements:

• at least a year of professional experience in a similar role;
• general knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
• fluent German language (minimum on a B2 level, written and spoken);
• communicative English language;
• experience with SAP ERP system;
• good Excel skills;
• the knowledge of a leasing industry will be an asset;
• high communication skills
