We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with experience in SaaS.

So if you want to use your proven sales experience to help businesses make a transformational change, not just buy a SaaS solution, this position might be perfect for you!


What will you be doing?

  • Engage with executive-level and team-level buyers to uncover their challenges, goals, and business needs.
  • Demonstrate and explain robust technology to non-technical buyers.
  • Illuminate requirements, uncover prospects' business challenges, and paint a vision for success through education and demonstration.
  • Uncover the ache and cost of the status quo through focused discussion around how they currently work, with the ability to articulate the costs of their ache back to the prospect.
  • Build value by articulating features and benefits that match customer aches, and use that value to propose PeopleForce as a solution confidently.
  • Operate a disciplined, high-quality sales process aligned with the client's buying process.
  • Meticulously maintain records, including notes, status, stage, pipeline, and forecast.


Requirements:

  • Have 4-5+ years of selling experience, ideally SaaS software.
  • Spanish and English native speaker.
  • Naturally inquisitive, curious, and hungry with a tenacious work ethic and a "never-quit" attitude.
  • You thrive in a high-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in welcoming early opportunities, guiding them through the sales process, and offering our services.
  • Experienced in consultative solution selling, particularly in a B2B, where you can help educate your opportunities and close promptly.
  • Able to follow a proven sales process to create a consistent and successful client experience.
  • Competent and confident with technology, you can run awesome demos that wow your prospects and have you on the front foot when questions are asked.
  • Capable and comfortable working all funnel phases with balance and autonomy to produce consistent results from qualification to close.


It's a plus if you have the following:

  • Prior CRM / Project Management / PSA tool experience.
  • Outbound sales experience; the ability to self-generate leads through various strategies to supplement the sales pipeline.
