We deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to increase revenue performance, bookings and efficiency, and provide their consumers the best services and experiences.


Currently we are looking for a Senior Client Service Manager to help improve Digital organisation’s sales processes and own the relationship with key customers. In this role you will act as a focal point between the customer and digital specialists who deliver marketing services - gather business requirements, facilitate communication and identify upsell opportunities.


What will your daily activities look like?

  • Manage our key customers as their dedicated Account Manager responsible for Digital products and services
  • Support Business Development in advanced stages of the sales process to represent Digital’s interest and serve as Digital’s SME
  • Design and develop sales materials for digital products and services to assure correct positioning and understanding of our offering
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Digital and Marketing Teams) to ensure every single step in customer’s lifecycle with Profitroom leads to a top-notch customer experience
  • Contribute to developing Digital’s product marketing strategies


Requirements

What are the requirements for the role?

  • Previous professional experience in business development or account management within a large network digital agency.
  • Great knowledge of SEM (SEO, PPC) and other marketing platforms (e.g. Meta) to assure your understanding of our products portfolio.
  • Track record of working with large, premium accounts.
  • Outstanding communication skills and an ability to create compelling presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Advanced level of understanding of digital marketing and related products or services to be able to translate customer needs into solutions offered by the Digital team.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Demonstrable interest in digital and advertising - being up to date with trends, best practices and general competitive landscape.
  • Experience with coordinating the delivery of on-demand websites will be appreciated.
