Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Paid Media Specialist to be a part of our Digital Marketing Team. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing and managing PPC campaigns across various media platforms to help us deliver exceptional service and achieve remarkable results for our customers. Your success will directly contribute to our mission to empower hotels to maximise their occupancy rates and enhance their share of direct bookings!



Daily activities:.

  • Planning, developing, implementing, tracking and optimising all paid marketing campaigns and channels including search and social (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting by using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and presenting results.
  • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Implementing and managing Google Hotel Ads and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with Senior team members to complete assigned tasks.


Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. 
  • Previous role in Digital Marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or a media house.
  • Experience in implementing and management of campaigns and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation to increase profitability.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Meta, Instagram), including audience targeting, remarketing, budget optimization, pixel and conversion API.
  • Experience in maintaining complex spreadsheets in Excel and enjoying working with numbers.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Merchant Centre is a big plus but not essential.
  • Being highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish (native is a must) and English (at least B2)


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Hotel Ads campaign.

Recruitment process:

  1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 40 minutes)
  2. Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager (60 minutes)
  3. Home assignment
  4. Assignment review meeting with Hiring Manager and Digital Marketing Manager (60 minutes)
