Profitroom - Empowering hotels directly


Currently we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to be a part of our Digital Marketing Team. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing dynamic PPC campaigns across various media platforms, leveraging your expertise to reach the right audience at the right time. Your success will directly contribute to our mission to empower hotels to maximise their occupancy rates and enhance their share of direct bookings!


Daily activities:

  • Utilising audience targeting strategies, remarketing techniques, and budget optimization to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Setting up and manage campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Conducting data analysis and report on it using Google Analytics.
  • Regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and presenting results.



Requirements

  • Previous role in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or a media house.
  • Excellent command of social media advertising platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), including audience targeting, remarketing, budget optimization, and pixel and conversion API.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for result analysis and reporting.
  • Client-facing experience (meetings, calls, catch ups being in direct communication with the clients).
  • You're a natural storyteller, you have the ability to digest data and turn it into tangible suggestions that can easily be understood by those without your level of expertise.
  • ​You’re confident to share your personal opinion, you’re goal and client oriented.
  • Market and competitor research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Being highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish (C2) and English (at least B2)


Nice to have:

  • knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus

Recruitment process:

  1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 40 minutes)
  2. Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager (60 minutes)
  3. Home assignment
  4. Assignment review meeting with Hiring Manager and Digital Marketing Manager (60 minutes)
