Profitroom - Empowering hotels directly

Currently, we are looking for a SEO Specialist to be a part of our amazing Digital Team. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing SEO strategies for hoteliers across the globe. Your success will directly contribute to our mission to empower hotels to maximize their occupancy rates and enhance their share of direct bookings!


Daily activities:

  • Managing day-to-day client communication, providing progress updates and presenting results,
  • Cooperating with our Web support, Website developers, Paid Campaign and Sales team,
  • Analyzing data from many sources to improve the client’s general visibility and visibility for crucial keywords,
  • Running SEO audits for hotel websites,
  • Optimizing content on the website and cooperating with copywriters,
  • Analyzing, planning, and executing link-building strategy for a given domain,
  • Improving minor technical aspects of our websites and preparing instructions for our developers and/or support team,
  • Identifying and exploring new opportunities within the Digital Marketing landscape that are relevant for the hospitality industry - new content areas to explore, new article opportunities, new tools to test, etc.,
  • Optimizing Google Business Profile cards and exploring local SEO techniques.




Requirements


  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in the SEO area, including SEO optimizations and SEO strategy preparations and execution.
  • Previous role in digital marketing, ideally where you have direct contact with your clients (media house, advertising agency, your clients).
  • Client-facing experience (meetings, calls, catch-ups being in direct communication with the clients).
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other analytical tools for result analysis and reporting.
  • At least good knowledge of tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer, and other tools supporting SEO activities.
  • Good knowledge of link-building strategies and ability to execute them.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1).
  • Good technical SEO skills, including understanding how HTML and CSS work - you don’t have to code, but you must understand what to do to achieve a given result.
  • Very good work organization; independence in planning and prioritizing tasks.


Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in foreign markets (such as the UK, South Africa, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Spain or others) is a big advantage.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Czech/Slovak, or any other language.
  • Advanced analytical knowledge.

Recruitment process:

  1. Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 40 minutes)
  2. Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager (60 minutes)
  3. Home assignment
