SCADA Engineer

Pwrteams invites SCADA Engineer (with PLC) for long-term and full-time employment at our service center in Krakow, Poland.

You will join our team for Agidens Life Science (pharmaceutical industry). Main focus: Automation, Scada development, simulations and testing and PLC programming. If you have at least from 2 years of experience in PLC/SCADA software programming, preferably with Siemens/AVEVA and you’re interested in the great team stability and long-term cooperation internationally you might be the person we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

• You develop the applications independently or together with your colleagues, based on a supplied Functional Design Specification (FDS)

• Together with the Team lead engineer, you will go through an extensive control and test program (internal Factory Acceptance Test)

• You maintain frequent contact with the local Team lead engineer in order to guarantee an optimal service

Qualifications:

• You have 2+ years of experience in PLC/SCADA development

• You possess a strong knowledge of AVEVA System Platform

• You possess good knowledge of Siemens S7 and TIA Portal

• You can read and understand electrical schematics, as well as P&IDs

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree in technical education

• You are fascinated by the world of automation

• You have a creative mind and determination

• You have good social skills and are a team player

• You have a good command of English

• You are interested in higher programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, etc. (not a requirement, but it will be considered a plus)

• You are open to occasional business travel for onsite testing at the end customer(on a yearly base, maximum 10-15% of the working time).
