The position of Tactital Purchaser is part of the Purchase and Logistics Department located in Radiometer Solutions in Stargard (Stalowa 6) and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure tactical actions in accordance with the designated strategy,
• Align procurement initiative to financial goals,
• Manage Suppliers Relationships,
• Annual material price development,
• Proactive and reactive Sourcing activities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• An university degree in business, logistics, engineering, management or finance is required,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international sourcing related position in industry, preferably in medical device business,
• Demonstrated skills in negotiations within an international environment,
• Tactical and long-term thinking focused on further achievements,
• High analytical skills and good understanding manufacturing industry, budget and cost saving structures.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Well-organized, consistent and self-contained,
• High research skills of possible solutions, reducing cost, and improving quality and reliability.
