We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a MENA Account Manager/Team Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing one of our key clients, Jaguar Land Rover, within the MENA region. As the primary point of contact for the client, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and maintaining strong client relationships.


What you will do:

  • Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Manage content updates and revisions on Jaguar & Land Rover MENA region websites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the client to review progress, prioritize tasks and address any possible issues.
  • Advocate for the client's interests within our organization to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on websites, including verifying the work of your team.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for website improvements, including UX enhancements.
  • Provide support in achieving client KPIs.
  • Collaborate with development, analytics, UX/UI, and product teams.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Proactiveness and assertiveness in client interactions.
  • Fluency in English and B1 proficiency in Polish are required, while proficiency in Arabic and French will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using Content Management Systems, experience with Adobe Experience Manager will be an advantage.
  • Some experience in project management (capable of gathering and clarifying client requirements).
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with project rollouts.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS, capable of making code changes when necessary.
  • Strong coordinating and team-leading skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts, understanding client goals and how to support them.
  • Ability to work 1-2 days per week in our office in Warsaw.
  • Experience with analytics tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
