At Revenue Puzzles, we help companies with forming cloud sales teams. Currently, we are starting a cooperation with a software agency in Poland that wants to build its first sales motion. We are looking for a person who will join a 5-person team with a sales leader. The position is fully flexible and remote. We can also help develop a person who has a knack for selling but never had the chance to develop the skills further. Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients using relevant databases and tools
- Outreaching clients via email, LinkedIn, and in some part - cold calls
- Scheduling meetings with qualified leads
- Reporting and updating CRM regularly
Requirements:
- 10-20h working time/week - depending on experience and project stage
- Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent experience from other areas of life
- Fluency in English - both spoken and written (C1+)
- A good knowledge of digital tools, CRMs, automation, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of responsibility for assigned tasks
- Builder mindset - you are eager to get things off the ground and help them grow
Nice to haves:
- Experience with modern sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Woodpecker)
- Experience in SaaS and/or agency sales
- Experience in cold calling
- Experience in operations, data, CRMs like Hubspot etc.
