Business Development Associate

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

As a Bussines Development Associate you will be responsible for assisting Business Development & Alliance team with existing projects, new business development opportunities, and related tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieving Ryvu's mission through business development and alliance management by accomplishing set goals and objectives
• Networking and building Ryvu’s contact database of biopharma, academic and other partners
• Assisting the Business Development & Alliance team with project/business related tasks
• Assisting with drafting/preparation of analyses, presentations, spreadsheets, write-ups, correspondence, market study/research and other documents
• Sourcing and managing academic partnerships
• Coordinating/scheduling internal and external (partnership) meetings
• Working closely with specialized staff across departments
• Participating in contract negotiations; collaborating with the legal department
• Participating in partnering conferences and corporate events

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education (M.Sc.) - degree in the field of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related would be additional advantage
• Fluent English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
• Availability to travel
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and collaborators
• Excellent communication skills
• 1-3 years' of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
• Friendly and personable demeanor
• Teamwork and goal oriented mindset
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
