- Building and developing a department that serves international clients, primarily in the U.S. market
- Managing a portfolio of international clients, mainly focused on the U.S. market
- Coordinating projects at the intersection of marketing and technology, aimed at promoting the agency’s proprietary tools
- Actively participating in New Business processes: engaging in tenders and actively selling the agency's products and solutions, primarily in the U.S. market
- Eventually leading a small team of specialists executing media campaigns and marketing-technology projects for international clients
- Providing daily, expert support to the team in areas such as SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate marketing, display, video, marketing automation, offline channels, creative work, communication, and analytics (e.g., attribution methods, research, dashboards, web analytics)
- Actively participating in internal projects focused on improving agency processes, creating new products, or knowledge sharing
- Motivating the team, setting development goals, conducting evaluations, and managing recruitment
We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, who loves what they do, feels comfortable with both "numbers" and working with people, thinks strategically, and finds a fast-paced work environment motivating rather than discouraging. :)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing (client-side, agency, or publisher), including coordinating multi-channel performance campaigns
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role (team management)
- Experience in leading international projects, including the U.S. market, will be an additional asset
- Knowledge of the online media market and current trends
- Good command of tools: Google Analytics and SimilarWeb
- Analytical skills: ability to draw conclusions and prepare accurate, advanced recommendations based on media, market, and client data
