Project Manager

SatRev S.A. is a Polish space company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and launch of nanosatellites. We are challenging the old space industry by leveraging small, lightweight, and reliable satellites to address the business needs of international private and public entities. SatRev’s goals include the deployment of REC - Real-time Earth-observation Constellation, which will ultimately consist of 1500 nanosatellites, integrated Ground Stations, Data Centres, and Business Analytics.

Position: Project Manager (lvl of seniority: Mid)

Location: Wrocław, Poland with the full office work

You will be responsible for:

1. Launching and closing the project.

• Definition of project objectives and scope of work.
• Setting the budget and allocating resources.
• Creating the project schedule.
• Identifying risks and strategies for managing them.
• Closing the project once the objectives have been achieved.
• Evaluating the project and identifying lessons learned from the project.

2. Managing the project throughout its lifecycle according to the project schedule.

• Tracking progress against schedule.
• Reporting on project progress and changes.
• Identifying and managing delays and problems.
• Ensuring adherence to the agreed budget.

3. Monitoring key project parameters, including budget, and quality control, and risk management.

• Risk management:
• Identification of potential project risks.
• Developing a risk management strategy.
• Monitoring and responding to the occurrence of risks.
• Ensuring that the project meets defined quality standards.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in mechanical/mechatronic/electrical engineering, business administration with an engineering background or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong background and practical experience across all types of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Solid experience in cooperating with Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
• Fluent in English
