Position: Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Wrocław, Poland, on-site

Your role:

• Taking part in the creation of supply chain processes and taking ownership of some of them after establishing clear procedures and policies
• Collecting inputs from many sources, such as lead times, market data about parts, purchase order details, possible replacement parts, delivery reports, and more
• Making purchases and recording purchases by others, always making sure the full process is respected and the procurement plan is up to date
• Managing proper contact and relationships with stakeholders to ensure all needs are met (Engineering, Production, Finance, etc.)
• Creating and collecting needed documentation in close collaboration with the Finance department for various kinds of purchases (grants, public projects, private customers)

• Experience with purchasing and supply chain management tasks
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Good with numbers, well organized, detail and process-oriented
• Flexible approach and creative mindset
• Efficient in communication, team player
• Resilience, the ability to work under pressure, eagerness to work in a fast-changing and challenging environment
