They are experienced in serving business and individual clients, and their printing shop is equipped with modern equipment and printing technology. Print Group is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Requirements

To be considered for the Sales Specialist position, you need to meet the following essential requirements:

• Native proficiency in one of those languages: Portuguese/Hungarian/French/English
• Proficiency in English
• Previous sales experience (Nice to have)
• Higher education, preferably in a science-related field.
• Good time management skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Quick learner, with the ability to grasp new concepts and information swiftly.
• Positive "can-do" attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and a proactive approach.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.

Skills

• Ability to analyze and identify patterns within large data sets.
• Aptitude for making informed decisions based on given guidelines, even in ambiguous contexts.
• Comfortable working with large data sets, ensuring effective data management.
• Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research, enabling timely retrieval of specific product information.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting current customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Answering order-related customer queries promptly and professionally, both over email and phone.
• Daily management of orders, ensuring timely processing and coordination with the design and production teams.
• Mapping and actively acquiring new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
• Providing accurate quotes and creating compelling product offers tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Managing customer expectations by effectively communicating project timelines, capabilities, and any limitations that may arise.
• Ensuring invoices are created accurately and sent to customers in a timely manner, maintaining proper documentation and financial records.
• Attending International Book Fairs to represent Print Group, networking with industry professionals, and exploring potential partnerships and collaborations.
