Business Development Manager - CC Training Practice


Your responsibilities


  • Promoting and selling the training offering (i.e. project management, soft skills, testing, programming, IT service management)
  • Actively acquiring new customers, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client's requests
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service daily
  • Participating in the development of the offer (cooperation with Trainers, Partners)
  • Acting as a Training Practice Manager deputy, with responsibility for the business unit during his/her absence
  • Cooperating with the sales teams offering IT services, cross-selling


Our requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the training area
  • Higher education degree
  • Experience in cooperation with large companies
  • Independence and professionalism in action, good organization of work
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in preparing offers and business presentations
