Category Manager – merchandising & branded gadgets
Your responsibilities
- Manage merchandising and gadgets for both Sii and Polonia Warszawa
- Take care of business development: promote, sell, and distribute products to Sii employees and Polonia Warszawa fans, search for new customers, develop a pricing strategy, manage budget and finances, generate profit
- Conduct direct sales and sales via the website and corporate intranet
- Create and purchase products, select suppliers, and negotiate prices
- Be responsible for logistics, scheduling deliveries, and shipping products to end customers: run warehouse management in AX and develop BI reports
- Manage online and offline marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, promotions, photo shoots, video productions, graphic designs
- Promote gadgets to Sii employees and introduce new gadgets to increase Sii employees' satisfaction and increase brand recognition
- Ensure smooth customer service, and build positive relationships with Sii employees and Polonia fans
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, sales, or product management
- Experience in project management, preferably in the area of merchandising, cooperation with the IT department
- Knowledge of the purchasing process
- A communicative level of spoken and written English
- Very good knowledge of Office packages, especially MS Excel
- Great communication and networking skills that build strong, trusting business relationships from the first contact
- Strong leadership and management skills, charisma, and enthusiasm
- Outstanding sales, business development, and customer relation skills
- Effective time management and multitasking, ability to prioritize well and delegate tasks
- Problem-solving attitude and conflict management skills that are required to work with different types of personalities (club fans)
Optional:
- Knowledge of e-commerce systems, ERP, and WMS programs
- Experience in both apparel and graphic design
