Solarity is a distributor and solutions provider of photovoltaic systems. We offer a complete assortment of on-grid and off-grid modules, inverters, mounting systems and essential accessories to PV professionals in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America.

We are growing and therefore searching for new talents for various exciting positions to grow our business further and help solar become the dominant source of energy in the world.


We are looking for a hands-on Regional Manager who would work with us on the expansion of our current market position and the team management in Poland, Nordics, Baltics and Ukraine region from our Warsaw office.


Job description


  • Business development and P/L responsibility for the whole region
  • Sales and Purchase coordination, leading key sales meetings, sales planning, forecasting, pricing policy and limits
  • Company representation at events and in meetings with suppliers
  • Close cooperation with all line managers in HQ
  • Payment orders approvals incl. salaries
  • CF and finance supervision together with finance team
  • Recommendation of changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Operations and office coordination
  • Market analyses preparation and updates on a regular basis


We are generally looking for an experienced candidate who:


  • Has successful record of managing a team of 5+ members of at least 3 years
  • Has experience from leading a distribution business in a B2B environment within small and medium sized company in a volume of tens of millions EUR
  • Can deliver results together with his/her team
  • Communicates in English fluently (C1)
  • Is able to present results to an audience
  • Thinks analytically
  • Is precise, reliable, flexible and fast learner
  • Has positive business attitude
