Opis stanowiska

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will join Solidstudio's sales team, working directly with the Founder & CEO – Paweł Małkowiak. You will be responsible for driving software sales for electric vehicle charging network management, focusing on international markets, primarily in Western Europe and the USA.

  • Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing ones.
  • Presenting the product offering and tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Conducting negotiations and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation.
  • Reporting sales results in the CRM system.
  • Analyzing competitors and market trends in the Western Europe region.
  • Participating in industry trade shows and networking events.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in B2B software sales with an average deal size of around 1 million PLN – several years of experience in selling software solutions or working in the e-mobility sector.
  • International sales experience – readiness to engage with executive-level clients in Western Europe and the USA.
  • Fluent English proficiency – additional languages from Western Europe (e.g. German or French) are a plus.
  • Project management skills – managing the sales process and involving technical teams at the right stages of client conversations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.


In addition, it would be great to have:

  • Broad knowledge of the e-mobility sector – understanding of key trends, stakeholders, and technological landscape.
