Senior eCommerce and Marketing Automation Specialist

Currently for one of our Clients, a multi-channel distributor of large international brands operating within fashion industry, we are seeking a person to take on a position of eCommerce/Marketing Automation Specialist to support European operations with base in Warsaw, Poland.
Job description:
This role will focus on leading e-mail marketing and marketing automation campaigns for 7 countries in Europe to support continuous growth and enhancement of customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting targets, executing, monitoring and optimizing complete online campaigns for e-shop that operates on 7 markets in CEE region for two international brands
- Responsibility for setting up and maintaining marketing automations (Klaviyo), with top priority for e-mail marketing (B2C)
- Creation, development and execution of newsletters based on the commercial calendar agreed with the marketing team
- Setting up and maintenance of transactional notifications (e-mails) sent from the ecommerce platform
- Analyze data from different analytical tools regarding website traffic and conversions
- Track, interpret user behavior and identify new conversion opportunities across the site to enhance commercial returns and regularly report progress, findings and suggest improvements or new ideas
- Using SEO background to support this channel and improve general e-shop performance
- Performing tests and analyzing results for UX, design, customer journey, and campaign efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 3 years of experience in e-mail marketing and marketing automation (working within international structures is a plus)
- Practical knowledge and experience in the use of the Klaviyo newsletter app and service
- Have proven track and practical skills using Shopify platform
- Excellent command of English – B2/C1
- Operational experience in sending out newsletters and especially in automations (flows)
- Ability to provide substantial contributions and input to the process of developing a newsletter strategy per brand in cooperation with international marketing team
- Pro-activeness in continuous improvement of the newsletter strategy and possibilities within the Klaviyo platform
- Master’s degree in Marketing related field (ideally with specialization in Digital Marketing)
- Very good understanding of web technologies and strong analytical skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mind with a test-and-learn mentality
- Being passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about digital marketing and online customer journey
- Openness to learn new technologies and tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
- Be goal-oriented, independent, highly driven, and agile
- Basic HTML and web design skills & knowledge
