We are all about supercharging tech-based businesses. But make no mistake – software development is just a part of what we do at Startup House. Our mission is to deliver all-around support for companies at all stages of development.


Our team is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist, who will help us develop our marketing initiatives. This is a long-term replacement contract (about 1.5 years due to the maternity leave of our team member).


📍 Location: Remotely / our Warsaw office (as you wish)

💰 Salary (PLN):

  • 10 000 - 14 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)
  • 8 250 - 11 650 PLN gross (CoE)

What you’ll be responsible for:


  • Collaborating with the sales department to plan, execute, and evaluate sales campaigns effectively.
  • Planning marketing activities in alignment with allocated budgets.
  • Reporting on the outcomes of marketing initiatives and ensuring budget accountability.
  • Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Researching and assisting in participation in industry events.
  • Writing concise and engaging content in both Polish and English on topics related to our products but also IT industry, AI, digitization, and new technologies.
  • Creating and executing short video scenarios promoting our services.
  • Generating content for social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.


What we’re looking for:


  • 3+ years of Marketing experience (ideally B2B marketing), preferably in the IT sector.
  • Fluent Polish and C1+ English – we work internationally so that’s a must.
  • Marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HotJar) are second nature to you.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking and foolproof planning skills – in short, you’re capable of running campaigns independently,
  • Top-notch collaboration and communication skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and setting up digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), preferably with a portfolio.
  • A track record of producing marketing materials and collaborating with external suppliers.
  • Experience in managing participation in industry events, as well as ability to host virtual events and webinars.
  • Competence in developing impactful presentations and PR content.
  • Experience in crafting and executing compelling email marketing campaigns.
  • A keen understanding of current marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma/Adobe Photoshop/Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.


Nice-to-haves:


  • Previous experience to build and execute marketing strategies based on results (OKR/KPI).
