Key Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting B2B clients of specific (Krakow and Katowice or Gdansk - Gdynia - Sopot) region frequently.
  • Develop new customers, negotiate, and brilliantly implement great commercial deals that deliver maximum revenue at optimal cost to serve.
  • Collaborate with supply managers, warehouse managers, other colleagues in company in order to provide customers with the best possible service.
  • Be aware of and understand the key commercial strengths and weaknesses of competitors and the full scope of their propositions, maximizing RS strengths in pursuit of the growth goals.



Key Requirements

  • Ability to take ownership over a portfolio of customers.
  • Ability to make relationship with clients easily - both via phone and visits.
  • Work in an agile manner both internally and externally.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Communicative level of English.

Our Client is a company engaged in wholesale and retail trade of wood products. Also have own wood processing company. They concentrate on higher quality products and import most of the production from Scandinavia, they try to bring great experience about the use of wood in construction. Company currently has over 45 people. In 2022, turnover reached almost 20 million EUR . They have 5 retail outlets in Lithuania where we serve small customers and are newcomers to Poland.
