CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER (CGO)


As a pivotal member of our executive leadership, you'll spearhead our efforts to elevate our agency to European standards while focusing on revenue and EBITDA growth. If you're ready to make a significant impact and drive innovation in an international context, we want to hear from you.

  • Proven experience in international business development and strategic leadership within the digital marketing agency sector, with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, with the ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders; fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Track record of successfully acquiring budgets and driving substantial business growth.
  • Deep understanding of AI and technology's impact on digital marketing services.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a European or global context is highly desirable.


➡️ What will you be responsible for?


  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying new market opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI, data, and MarTech.
  • Business Development: Leading efforts to acquire new clients, partners, and business opportunities, expanding our network and fostering strategic relationships.
  • Sales Leadership: Providing strategic direction for the sales team, collaborating with sales leaders to optimize processes and achieve revenue targets.
  • Product and Service Expansion: Working closely with product development teams to enhance offerings, ensuring alignment with growth strategies and implementing AI and MarTech tools.
  • Financial Management: Developing and managing growth-related budgets, monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on growth and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with the Executive Team: Working closely with other executives to align growth strategies with overall business objectives, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
  • International Engagement: Interfacing with international stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners, navigating business dealings with entities from France, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA.
