Composite Engineer

Your responsibilities:

⦁ control of yacht`s production processes in terms of composite structure, build of glass and carbon fires;

⦁ production supervision in accordance with composite technology requirements and maintenance of technology conditions;

⦁ preparing plans and maintenance of vacuum infusion processes;

⦁ optimization of production processes;

⦁ selection, tests and implementation new composite materials: resins, fibres, glues;

⦁ development of plans and methodology of composite structure reparation;

⦁ maintenance and resolution of ongoing production challenges;

⦁ development of guidelines, manuals and technical documentation;

⦁ preparation of BoMs based on technical documentation.

Our requirements:

⦁ higher technical education (materials engineering, plastics processing or related);

⦁ experience min. 2 years in a similar position (industry - plastics, laminates);

⦁ knowledge of the composite production industry (knowledge of the production of molds and hooves for the production of laminate);

⦁ practical knowledge of the technology and methods of producing composites;

⦁ Very good level of English to be able to communicate easily;

⦁ independence in the performance of entrusted tasks;

⦁ knowledge of preparing drawings and tools;

⦁ ability to plan and organize own work;

⦁ ability to work in a team;

⦁ availability, responsibility, commitment, dynamic approach to the work performed.

Optional:

⦁ knowledge of the SolidWorks program;

⦁ experience in the yachting industry;

⦁ knowledge in lean management.
