Job Description:


  • Managing strategic projects (in Technology and Innovation Division) that require cross organizational cooperation of many areas in the company (by coordination, active participation, deadline monitoring, challenging)
  • Monitoring projects’ status and periodic reporting
  • Working with project documentation
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Implementation and coordination of existing and new projects
  • Business case preparation
  • Support organization in identifying and removing obstacles, to build end to end flows


Requirements:


  • Have constructive problem solving attitude, can trigger positive energy and mobilize teams to act
  • Speak English fluently
  • Will be helpful if you have an experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Show critical thinking skills, capability to analyze complex problems, prepare clear recommendations and make decisions
  • Have an extraordinary communication skills and experience in communication with top management and management board members
  • Have knowledge and experience in best methods and practices in project management and product development
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Agile and open mindset
  • Knowledge of the tools like Jira, Confluence, PowerBi
  • Promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within organization and the team
