About the role:

Enhanced Digital Global Experience (EDGE) program develops user-friendly desktop and mobile applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) in an agile factory mode. We are looking for an experienced supply chain specialist, who will work closely with stakeholders and key users as well as implementation team to strengthen collaboration and understanding between technical and functional experts. Join Takeda as an ERP SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST where you will have a unique opportunity to focus on products improving patients` access to medicine. As part of the Digital Data & Technology group , you will report to ERP Platform & Product Owner Innovation Supply Chain & External Supply IT and work with key stakeholders.

How you will contribute:

• Create alliance with Business Process owners and experts on ERP within Takeda to communicate process details and functional requirements to the delivery team.
• Support the development and definition of the strategy for the supply chain capabilities by proactively identifying changes in business and the technology landscape of ERP (SAP, non-SAP).
• Ensure integrated design, build and deployment and operations of responsible product line. Ensure that dependencies are understood, managed, and communicated.
• Responsible for comprehensive understanding of process workflows and translation to the team on the ground for better control on the delivery of SAP Business technology platform projects.
• Ensure transparency, communication, feedback management and review of final delivery and functional scope realization of the internal / external implementation teams and look after the quality product delivery meeting business demands.
• Partner with leaders within the business and IT, possess strong knowledge of both business and technology, to drive cloud solutions to harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP functional, configuration and/or development experience in SAP ECC MM/LE and cross functional touchpoints with SD/FI, PPPI
• Solid expertise in SAP ECC SCM Supply Chain Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Experience in a full lifecycle implementation for a major SAP application implementation.
• SAP technical skills (orientation in programming, database, interfacing principles and techniques).
• Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
• Good at building relationships across organizations particularly to professional remote engagement.
• Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
• Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.
• Practical experience in Agile DevOps model operations and Agile development and management practices.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Desired:

• Pharmaceutical industry and drug development experience
• Exposure to eWM
• Exposure to SAP S4/HANA
• Experience with integration capabilities with SAP Business Technology Platform

Salary

The actual remuneration package (both in Slovakia and in the other locations) will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications. Increased payment is possible.
