Sales Manager - Electronic Retail Channel

Location: Remote, Europe


About Tedee:


Tedee is an innovative company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sale of smart locks. We are dedicated to providing our customers with cutting-edge security solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced EU Sales Manager to join our team and help introduce our new product, Tedee GO, to large electronic retailers across the European Union.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to introduce Tedee GO to large electronic retailers such as MediaMarkt, Euronics, Saturn, and other similar stores in the EU
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted retail chains
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of Tedee products in relevant reseller channels
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior management
  • Develop and maintain an extensive network of industry contacts across multiple countries


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in selling consumer electronics or similar products to large retail chains in the EU, preferably with a focus on smart home devices or security solutions
  • Strong existing network of contacts within relevant electronic retail channels in multiple European countries
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
