Join us and be our Customer Success Representative with German

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor expiring contracts, contact customers up to 3 months prior to contract expiration, and provide an offer for continued support and products,
• Collaboration with end users and internally with the sales team,
• Handling customer inquiries, up-selling, and upgrading products,
• Actively pursuing the list of lapsed customers, end users, and channel partners to sell reinstated products,
• Assisting in the negotiation of contracts or maintenance agreements.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency command of German and English- both mandatory,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment,
• Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Optional:

• Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers,
• Previous experience – sales background, and previous experience are a plus,
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com
