You will be responsible for:
- Development and execution of the whole suite of marketing collaterals (internal and external facing publications: brochures, handbooks, annual yearbook, ads, flyers, posters, signage, gifts as well as social media & web graphic content) ensuring global brand guidelines and tone of voice is met and consistently applied across all touchpoints.
- Coordinating collaboration with printing houses and preparing materials for print, including large format items such as wall murals and banners.
- Taking and editing photos/short films and simple animations for use on social media channels and websites.
- Preparing interactive forms.
- Taking leading role in championing brand guidelines across our school community and supporting other departments in correct application of those.
- Cooperation with marketing and other school departments, including international ones, to determine needs and prepare projects.
- Capturing school life in pics to generate captivating social media calendar.
- Supporting other marketing tasks/events, when/if necessary, in collaboration with the Marketing Executive and the Director of Admissions and Marketing.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in preparing graphic materials for print, digital, gadgets, and outdoor use, documented with a portfolio.
- Strong graphic designer skills.
- Experience in creating graphic materials in accordance with BrandBooks.
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, Word, ppt), Canva.
- Fluent English & Polish (it’s a must!).
- Being a passionate brand guardian and making sure that all creative outputs are on brand and delivered to the highest standard.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, responsibility, and dedication.
- Aesthetic sense, creativity, and openness.
- Video editing capabilities will be a significant plus.
