Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Sales Development Operations Specialist to join our remote team of 200+ from around the world.


Your New Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Operations Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate target account lists by collecting data from both 1st and 3rd party providers. These lists will play a crucial role in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, customer expansion campaigns, and other strategic GTM initiatives. The Sales Development Operations Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end data management process, including account and data generation, data cleaning, and reporting on the success of outbound sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Collection and Generation:


  • Use 1st and 3rd party data tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and LeadForensics for to enrich customer data and create target account lists.
  • Leverage website analytics and 3rd party intent data for key accounts.
  • Conduct occasional account research for missing information.


Data Cleaning:


  • Audit and clean CRM data with tools like Excel, Demandtools, and Salesforce.
  • Implement data hygiene best practices for high-quality datasets.


Campaign Support:


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for data needs.
  • Provide targeted account lists for ABM, customer campaigns, and other initiatives.
  • Prioritize requests based on impact, urgency, and complexity.


Reporting:


  • Develop and maintain reports on outbound sales success and ABM campaign effectiveness using tools like Salesforce and Looker.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze campaign performance and optimize data strategies.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work with BDRs to provide qualified leads and information on targeted accounts.
  • Report to Senior Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) and align data operations with business objectives.
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams in driving account expansion initiatives.


To be successful in this role, you need the following:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in data operations, data management, or a related role (1-2 yr)
  • Strong familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Google Apps, ZoomInfo Clearbit, LeadForensics, and bonus for any web scraping tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
