At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: We are growing our superstar Sales team in Poland and we’re looking for exceptional Senior Sales Representative to join Too Good To Go in Warsaw. 

This position requires you to be based out of Warsaw and go to the office 3 days per week.


YOUR MISSION:

As a Senior Sales Representative you will ​use your negotiation and persuasion skills to bring new restaurant partners to Too Good To Go. You will also set our partners up for success by inspiring them to tackle food waste and ensuring they are well trained on our platform.


YOUR ROLE:

  • Leading by Example - onboarding, teaching and helping develop Sales Specialists. Speaking up in team meetings to provide insights and best practices
  • You will own the whole sales process, and onboard partners on the platform
  • You will be responsible for new partners’ performance on the app during their first month of cooperation with Too Good To Go
  • Communicate (through physical visits, email, cold-calls, social media) with restaurants and other food businesses to introduce Too Good To Go
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision-makers and generate interest about Too Good To Go and sign partnerships with them
  • Find creative ways of reaching potential business partners and share your knowledge with the team, coaching them to think outside of the box


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • You have significant experience in Sales and Business Development
  • You have an exceptional understanding of how to motivate and coach your fellow team members
  • You are data-oriented and work with KPIs to guide actions
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to be thoughtfully self-assured
  • You have direct experience working over the phone with independently-owned businesses
  • Efficient prospecting, targeting, and outreach for multi-location accounts
  • Ability to speak to stakeholders at varying levels in an organisation
  • Negotiation skills: ability to oversee negotiations and create and deliver high impact pitches
  • You are experienced in using a CRM/Sales tool, Salesforce a major plus
  • You have full business proficiency in Polish (C2) with a strong command of English (B2/C1)
  • You are highly driven and eager to contribute to our mission of a planet with no food waste
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and love the atmosphere of a scale-up, fast-growth business
  • Willingness to travel
