BACK OFFICE agent with English

Join a leading social media brand and become Back Office agent! We're looking for someone with strong English skills and excellent computer proficiency to help us maintain a safe online community.

Responsibilities -

• Supporting customers of a well-known social media brand

• Manual review whether account restrictions are aligned with the platform’s terms and conditions

• Answering emails and chat inquiries in English

Requirements -

• Upper intermediate English skills (min. B2)

• Availability for 2 days of implementation training on site in Poznań

• Available for a 160 hours per month

• Excellent computer skills (including speed typing)

What we offer

• Fully paid implementation training

• Contract of mandate for an indefinite period of time

• Hourly rate of 30,50 PLN gross/hour

• Schedule from Monday to Friday from between 9AM and 5PM

Recruitment stages -

1. Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better!

2. English (spoken and written) and writing skills verification 

3. Online interview with recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting we’ll ask you some questions, take a speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works on a daily basis.

4. You will receive a call within 2 days after the interview – we contact candidates regardless of the final decision.
