🟣 Who You Are:

  • Experienced UX Researcher with a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience.

  • Expert in planning, moderating, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research (usability testing, IDIs, surveys).

  • Strong portfolio / case studies demonstrating the impact of your research on product or strategy.

  • Experienced in marketing research and expert audits (e.g., heuristic evaluations).

  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Business-oriented – able to translate user needs into client business and marketing goals.

  • Excellent communication skills – able to clearly present insights and build client relationships.

  • English and Polish level B2/C1 – confident in presentations and client communication


🟡 What Will You Do?

  • Lead end-to-end research projects independently: define goals, select methods, conduct studies (IDIs, usability tests, surveys), and analyze & synthesize data.

  • Create strategic recommendations: turn research findings into practical business, marketing, and design insights.

  • Present findings and facilitate workshops (e.g., design thinking) for clients and internal teams.

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Strategists, and Account Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
