As a Web3 Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Team, your primary focus is on building and nurturing our online community. You will engage our audience with compelling content about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial technology. Your expertise will transform our social media platforms into vibrant spaces for interactive discussions. In this role, you'll create concise, engaging texts and lead initiatives that strengthen our digital presence in the Web3 space. Your efforts will be key in cultivating a well-informed and active community around our brand.


Who are we?

We are a Wroclaw-based Software Development Company specializing in creating complex products for companies, focusing on financial technologies.


Your daily missions

  • Cultivating a thriving online community on Twitter and LinkedIn through engagement, fostering conversations, and implementing initiatives to enhance community participation and interaction;
  • Creating diverse content in English to engage our audience (social media, Web3 reports and brief ebooks, blog articles, and website copy);
  • Taking part in designing infographics to simplify industry topics;
  • Contributing to the creation of a content plan based on the latest Web3 trends and insights
  • Gathering quotes and expert input;
  • Keeping up with Web3, blockchain, and crypto trends;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of content and adjusting it based on data analysis and feedback;
  • Establishing relationships with podcasts, webinars, and events;
  • Facilitating internal workshops and meetings to enhance collaborative exploration and understanding of the Web3 space.


Your profile

  • Great knowledge of the latest trends and news in the Web3 area;
  • Ability to create engaging content;
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply;
  • Previous experience in content creation in English (1+ years);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Flawless English and Polish (min. C1);
  • A portfolio of content in English that you can share during the recruitment process.

How do we recruit?

Here's a general overview of our recruiting process for this position.

  1. CV and portfolio review. Your application will be carefully reviewed to know if you meet the basic requirements.
  2. Phone interview. During the 20-min call, we will get to know each other better. Also by talking in English.
  3. Recruitment task (optional). You may be asked to complete a short recruitment task, testing your technical skills.
  4. HR and technical meetings. This step is divided into two parts. The online HR interview includes a company presentation and an in-depth interview with soft questions. During the technical part, you can showcase all your talents by answering technical questions asked by your future supervisor. Here, you can also talk about the details of the role.
  5. Decision. You can expect feedback from us. Once we are sure that you are a perfect fit for the role, we will prepare an offer for you.
  6. Welcome onboard! Here, the onboarding process and amazing journey start! :)


Onboarding fist week

We are excited to spend your first week with you in our office. You will get to know your dedicated Buddy and the whole marketing team, meet your Leader - Piotr Radziwon, and receive a welcome pack with all equipment you need for work. You will also complete the formalities of the contract, and have training on tools and health&safety. We will also tell you more about the company and our corporate culture. Time for a break and having coffee/tea and lunch on the house with your team. After the first week, you will already know your team and supervisor, be introduced to the projects, and learn your first duties in the new position. You will become familiar with the intranet and documentation of the projects you will be working on. You will finish the week with a feedback meeting hosted by the People & Culture team.


Onboarding first month

You will know all your responsibilities, and actively participate in team meetings. You will have cyclical 1:1 meetings with the Leader. Team integration is also waiting for you. After a month of cooperation, we expect you to: understand of company, content strategy, and the industry, create and distribute content, track content performance, and show initiative and collaboration. We want you to work independently and be able to plan your work for the week in advance. You will end the week with a feedback meeting, hosted by the People & Culture team.


Onboarding three months

After three months of successful cooperation, you will talk to your Leader about how you are working with us. We look forward to your feedback. After the whole onboarding, you will already be fully implemented in the projects and your responsibilities, and you will master all the names of our employees! :)
