Valeo Wiper Systems

Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members.

Currently for our entity Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit Advance Egnineer (DC Motors).

Your challenges:

• Managing cost reduction activities in motor and wiper system mechanism product range;
• Maintenance of global design standards for wiper system mechanism;
• Applies standardization rules during new projects quotations;
• Proposed to update the standards based on sound justifications (continuous improvements);
• Manages design reviews with supporting networks;
• Take ownership of assigned items during reviews with the internal or external customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs;
• Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting;
• Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments.

• 3 years of experience in automotive/production company – graduates with internship experience are welcome!
• Fluent English;
• Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure;
