Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members.

Currently for our entity Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit Electric Motor Control Engineer.

Your Challenges:

• To define, with others ELT members, the function that must be realized by electronic;
• To define the Mock-ups to validate the function. To write the specification;
• To develop PCBA with elementary functions for test validation;
• To follow up the Mock-up;
• To propose the chart flow for the software;
• To propose a quick prototyping (Matlab simulink - Dspace) to optimize the function;
• To code the software (C++ language) (or directly using Matlab simulink);
• To propose validations tests with Motor engineer and R&D PTM;
• To validate the software and Hardware, with the support of others ELT members;
• To do the link with Métier Electronic for functions or projects in P3;
• To write the functional specification.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 years in similar function;
• Experience in automotive sector;
• Education: Electronic engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical engineer
• Knowledge of language C++;
• Electronic Hardware knowledge: Power commutation (MOS and drivers), Microcontrollers;
• Automation knowledge: Motor Control, feedback control loops, Matlab simulink. Dspace;
• Electrotechnic knowledge: Brushless Motor, DC motor;
• Physics knowledge: measurement, DOE;
• Mechanic knowledge: PLM.
