At Valeo Powertrain Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice, in 2 locations, we produce advanced drive systems for the automotive industry. In our activities, we focus on modern and ecological technologies, thanks to which we are a pioneer of these solutions in Poland, while contributing to ensuring a clean and low-emission future in the automotive industry. We design and produce electric drive motors for passenger cars. We also deal with other drive systems that help reduce fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions - including the creation of innovative electric turbochargers. We are one of the few factories in Poland that produce electric motors and focus on a large product variety. We also have a modern R&D center where we improve our products. We also focus on regeneration - we give a "second life" to alternators, starters, dual-mass flywheels and car air conditioning compressors.

Due to the fast growth on the field related to electromobility technology development, we are currently expanding our Technical Development Center for manufacturing processes for electric motors.

We are focusing on development towards the HV electric motors.

For this purpose, we are expanding our facilities, which will allow us to work on the development of processes for HV motors as a basis for the definition of serial processes.

Due to the enormous development that awaits us in the coming years, we are looking for interesting candidates whose task will be work on the development and definition for production processes and the products themselves.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for engineers with experience in defining and developing production processes, open to innovation and focused on solving the problem. People who have previously had the pleasure of working in a multicultural global team, open to innovation.

The candidate should have experience in project implementation from the conceptual phase, process definition, selection of suppliers, participation in commercial and technical negotiations, executive supervision to the launch, validation and standardization phase of the process.

We implement our projects in an international group, therefore the official language is English (correspondence, teleconferences, meetings with suppliers and customers, working with technical documentation).

We will be happy to welcome candidates in our team who have:

• Experience in working in an international team, participation in process/product design reviews with know-how about P-FMEA, Process Flow Chart, process validation;

• Experience from serial production with fundamental process technologies: screwing, dispensing,

leakage tests, assembly processes;• Experience in developing production processes for feasibility, cost optimization, and assurance quality and work safety;

• Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing;

• Manage CAPEX for Proto Equipment;

• Competence in design software will be appreciated (solidworks / autocad / catia / NX…) (Optional);

• Design for Testing (Optional);

• Experience in management of Methods or Production teams will be appreciated (Optional);

• Ability to take an innovative approach to the definition of industrial processes;

• High communication and interpersonal skills with good english language level (mandatory);

• Ability to work in a team;

• Ability to solve problems, creativity and curiosity about new technologies in the field of eMobility;

• High efficiency and effectiveness of action.
