Your challenges:

• Definition, update and deployment of process standards in all entities of the considered perimeter;
• Deployment support about technologies and standards to each sites (worldwide);
• Experts identification within global Process team, skills development, training and grow up within his related domain Process Network;
• Evaluate process technology on the market and animate new process activities;
• Contribute in cost evaluation and cost optimization activities for production equipment in different project phases;
• Create and ensure compliance with Design for Manufacturing principles and support through all product development stages;
• Contribution to Quality analysis and problem solving activities in projects and at plants.

Join our team if you have:

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering with technical focus;
• Several years of experience in manufacturing with Impregnation technology / hairpin technology for electric motors;
• Work experience in industrialization, start-up management or similar in automotive environment;
• Work expirience with international enviroment and enjoy work in multicultural teams;
• Fluency in English;
• Readiness for international travel;
• assertiveness, creativity, result orientation, organizational skills and communication skills round off your profile.
