We are currently on the lookout for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our adventure. 


About the role


This role offers a unique blend of marketing automation, analytical thinking, project management and client interaction, making it perfect for someone passionate about driving meaningful change in the digital landscape.

Recruitment stages:


  1. Discovery call (20-30 min) – hop on a quick call with us – so that we can make sure that our offer meets your expectations and vice versa!
  2. Interview & peer panel (60 min) – talk to your future manager & colleagues about what you need to thrive, your past experiences, challenges, and expectations regarding your future development.
  3. Assessment test - We will send you a short assessment test to check your knowledge.
  4. Assessment test interview & executive interview (2h) – We will discuss your test results and you will have a short interview with our C-level person to make sure that you’ll find yourself aligned with our mission, culture & values!


Daily you will be handling with:


  1. Developing Marketing Automation campaigns like omnichannel workflows, pop-ups, product recommendations and other Use Cases (mostly using Bloomreach Engagement, Braze, Synerise);
  2. Testing Marketing Automation Use Cases;
  3. Monitor Marketing Automation campaigns, analyze results, and provide suggestions for future improvement;
  4. Cooperation with our CRM&MA Specialists and Developers;
  5. Cooperation with Clients, maintaining and developing relationships with them & project management.


We are looking for you if you:


  • have 1+ year of experience working with Marketing Automation / CDP / CRM platforms (Bloomreach Engagement, Braze, Synerise, User.com etc.) or email marketing systems (GetResponse, ActiveCampaign etc.);
  • are experienced in project management;
  • are well organized with a high level of attention to detail, ready to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • have high communication skills, enjoying explaining various issues, taking into account both business and technical perspectives;
  • are detail ­oriented, with very strong technical problem ­solving skills;
  • are ready to work with clients on a daily basis;
  • have a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce;
  • fluent in English and Polish.


It would be nice if you:

  • speak German (B2 or higher level);
  • have a bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing / Big Data / Data Science / Computer Science or equivalent experience;
  • experienced in frontend coding (HTML, CSS, Javascript) or SQL.
