Vector Synergy provides consulting, IT and cyber security services to support multi-national projects for prestigious clients in Europe including NATO and EU institutions. We have an EU/NATO Facility Security Clearance Certificate and most of consultants hold personal security clearances, which enables them to support classified projects marked with the clause secret or top secret.

🔍 For our Growth department, we are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager/Sales Manager, who will join us and take on the responsibility of expanding our client base and business capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Establishing relationships with Clients in order to develop business opportunities

✅ Building proposals and leading negotiations to achieve the set goals

✅ Maintaining long-term and value-based business relationships

✅ Conducting meetings with Clients on-site

✅ Proactive sales growth and reaching budget objectives

✅ Full accountability for Client communication throughout all stages of the process

✅ Executing sales strategy, planning, and implementation of sales opportunities

✅ Reporting the results of your work


✔️At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with direct revenue accountability

✔️ Proven experience of selling outsourced IT/cyber services

✔️ Successful acquisition of new customers, supported by specific examples

✔️ Knowledge of public and defence sector will be an asset

✔️ Willingness to travel

✔️ Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages will be a plus)

✔️ Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Highly developed interpersonal skills
