Junior Recruitment Specialist

The recruiters are not only responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates, but they bring them on board on the first day of work and are in contact with them throughout their contract. 🕵️‍♀️ 🕵️‍♂️

We are now looking for a new person to join our team as a recruitment specialist 🔍

Key responsibilities:

✅ Sourcing Candidates using various methods (direct search, events, fairs);

✅ Analyzing application documents during initial pre-selection process;

✅ Carrying out recruitment interviews in English;

✅ Developing new sourcing channels;

✅ Participating in onboarding of the new Consultants;

✅ Cooperating with HR Administrators in preparing the application documents of the Candidates.

Skills and attributes for success:

✅ At least 1 year of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing passive Candidates via social media and industry networking;

✅ Fluent English speaking (at least B2);

✅ University Degree (or Student of the last years);

✅ Experience in IT sector is a plus.
