Task Order IT Project Manager

This is a new role in the organization with the potential to create and offer own solutions and suggest the best methodologies.

The scope of responsibilities:

• Managing IT and cybersecurity delivery based/fixed price requests;
• Preparing delivery based/fixed price offers for IT/cybersecurity services, including pricing, time line, resources and reporting of individual milestones;
• Analysis of projects/tenders in which the company intends to participate in order to define customer needs and select a strategy;
• Coordinating internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects;
• Cooperating with recruitment department to select appropriate resources in response to the client’s request;
• Selection of appropriate reporting tools for project performance;
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Developing project scopes and objectives and ensuring efficient team allocation and technical feasibility;
• Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Measuring project performance during client and staff meetings;
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Necessary skills & experience

• Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers;
• 5+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector, experience in the IT consulting companies is a plus;
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
