Key Responsibilities:


  • Measure and report on the performance of web traffic activities using Google Analytics, Google search console and assess against goals
  • Reviewing and analyzing third parties web platforms to identify opportunities for link building and referral traffic growth
  • Design reporting dashboards within Data Studio and Hubspot, following data visualization best practices
  • Identify different stages of the buying journey and determine journey bottlenecks to improve conversions
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on user behavior (Matomo, Hotjar) and design measurement approaches (i.e., KPIs/benchmarks) for enhancements on site
  • Assist with A/B testing design, execution, analysis of results and recommendations; work with cross-functional team and stakeholders to help identify A/B testing and site optimization opportunities
  • Assist with formulating actionable recommendations to marketing units through ongoing reporting, story-lined presentations, as well as daily interactions
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices and share this information with the broader company on a regular basis


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong interest in seeing through data to make recommendations to improve campaign strategies and tactics
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills
