Brand Designer

We're VisualPanda. If you haven’t heard about us, it's safe to say we’re unlike any other agency. Our team is a group of 10 (and counting!) awesome product designers and thinkers, that share inspiration and knowledge with each other. We work super closely with over 150 developers, QA specialists & product owners every day to the extent that we even have moved into the same office building with some of them and create memes about each other.

We are on the lookout for a gifted Brand Designer to join our team. Your role here at VisualPanda will be to dive into the world of branding and communication design, cooperating with various teams to deliver visual solutions that empower and elevate our clients' brands.

We’re looking for someone who:

➡️ has substantial experience in Branding and Communication Design, backed by an outstanding portfolio that showcases a variety of successful branding projects and visual communication campaigns

➡️ uses Figma as the first-of-choice tool for digital design

➡️ possesses a deep understanding of brand development and management, and the skill to create compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

➡️ has experience in creating a wide range of marketing materials, from digital assets to print media, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness across all platforms

➡️ knows written and spoken English (more or less B2 level but we don’t need any certificates, we will check your skills during the recruitment), Polish is not necessary

➡️ can convincingly present and advocate for their design choices, engaging stakeholders in meaningful ways

➡️ has an enormous attention to detail and always looks for opportunities to question the status quo

➡️ has a growth mindset and aims to continuously improve hers/his skills

➡️ is an excellent communicator
