We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at VML an innovative advertising agency based in Warsaw.

Your role in a nutshell:

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include transforming creative concepts into tangible outcomes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

What will keep you busy during the day:

Project Execution:

• Take initiative in transforming creative advertising concepts into tangible outcomes, overseeing the entire process from brainstorming to final execution
• Execute communication projects, including 360 campaigns, under the supervision of a team leader
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with established deadlines
• Prepare work schedules and cost estimates

Team Support:

• Support the team in maintaining top-notch quality and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate closely with various agency departments, including creative, strategic, social media, and production teams

Client Relationships:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the office

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• You should have a minimum of 3 year of experience making a splash in account management within an advertising agency
• You should feel comfortable with 360 ad concepts, which encompass all possible touch points with the customer, creating a comprehensive marketing experience
• Your communication skills should be razor-sharp, and you should have a knack for connecting with everyone in the room
• You need to embrace the chaos - excelling in the fast-paced buzz of our advertising world
• You should have fundamental knowledge of managing campaign projects, creating schedules, and preparing campaign cost estimates - good MS Excel skill will be helpful
• Your English proficiency should be at least at a B2 level
• You must be advanced in the Polish language or be a native speaker
• You should be open for a hybrid work, our office is placed in Warsaw
