Supported by a leading global equity firm and the ecosystem of nearly 90 partners, our Platform opens new opportunities to businesses across Europe to integrate financial products and services into their solutions.

Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access.

As we enter the phase of accelerated growth, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner to strengthen our Team.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for product area, backlog, and value delivered
• Cooperating with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their challenges
• Defining strategy and roadmap for platforms and services
• Assessing the impact of all work items, such as new features, improvements, and bugs
• Breaking down high-level product features into smaller iterations and ensuring technical requirements are available and understood by the Scrum team
• Collaborating with other Technical Product Owners to resolve dependencies between requirement areas and products
• Prioritising user stories and tasks in an effective product backlog to optimise the output and throughput of the development team
• Collaborating closely with the Development Team
• Keeping track of industry trends

Skills you should have:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Architect in a cross-functional software development team
• Experience in system integration projects (API/Service-as-a-system)
• You are detail-oriented with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust to audiences of different technical abilities from senior business sponsors to IT Architects
• Experience with extrapolating requirements, including documentation, technical walkthroughs, and client working sessions into epics, features, and user stories
• Familiarity with agile software development

It would be also nice if you bring the following:

• PSD2 Open Banking business experience (PSD2 AIS, PIS, CAF, TPP) and general understanding of SCA, RTS, EBA Guidelines
• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO)
• Experience in Cloud (GCP cloud) technologies
• Tools: ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, GitLab, Firebase, Jira, Confluence, Lucid
