Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for Salesforce, Data Management, and CRM implementations – assist WebTalk’s New Business department in creating presentations, client meetings, cost estimation, and establishing formal agreements with new clients
- Business development in the region
- Coordinate with the global team to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategic vision in Poland
- Work with different WebTalk departments to expand implementation capabilities for both existing and new clients.
Your experience:
- At least 3 years of documented experience in sales, new business or lead generation area
- Preferred in industries like CRM Strategy & Consulting, Salesforce Implementation, Sales & Marketing Automation, Service Process Optimization, Customer Analytics & Insights, CRM Training & Support, CRM Integration, CRM Data Migration & Security
- Business acumen and client engagement skills
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and competitors
- Ability to analyze client needs and address them through technological solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience to work on Business Targets
- Additionally - flexibility and experience working in interdisciplinary IT teams and international environments
- Proficiency in English, including technological terminology
- Proficiency in Polish
- Interest in the martech sector
- Marketing expertise will be considered a plus.
