Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who will be responsible for managing the development, implementation and maintenance of our products, covering the entire process pipeline, both software and orthoses and prostheses. The person in this position will be the key point of contact between various departments to ensure that business objectives are met effectively.


Responsibilities:


✅ Oversee the seamless implementation of new products, translating assumptions into tangible effects through effective project management, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

✅ Effectively define tasks with precision, allocating assignments to suitable individuals, matching tasks with their strengths, and setting inspiring goals to propel motivation and accomplishment.

✅ Making business decisions based on risk analysis and estimation of delays.

✅ Understanding the technical aspects of the product and its applications in practice.

✅ Prioritising tasks and projects, avoiding project stalling and maximising team productivity.

✅ Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget for products

✅ Coordinating work and managing process and execution across departments, including design, R&D and manufacturing. Working closely with founders and management.

✅ Combining hardware and software components, ensuring consistency within the product system


Required Skills:


📍 Minimum 5 years experience or in 2 different companies, in product management in both hardware and software in startup environment

📍Polish and English language skills at least C1 level

📍 Practical knowledge of product management methods and production processes.

📍 Ability to work with multiple teams at once, distributed teams

📍 Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and use it to make decisions.

📍 Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Miro and the ability to manage backlog effectively.

📍 Ability to translate business objectives into specific actions for technical teams

📍 Ability to set clear goals and motivate the team to achieve them

📍 Ability to work in a dynamic environment, flexibility and willingness to adapt to change

📍 Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to accept and give corrective feedback and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups

📍 Awareness of customers' needs and the ability to tailor the product to their expectations and needs.

📍 (nice to have) Experience with design thinking and product engineering processes
