WIMBA is a pioneer in the use of scanning and 3D printing technology to create lightweight orthotics for dogs, offering solutions tailored to the individual needs of patients. Our mission is not only to restore mobility to animals but also to set new standards in veterinary care.


We are launching an ambitious VOP project to develop a diagnostic system utilizing the latest trends in AI and IoT for implementation in canine orthopedics. By using data from video analysis and IoT data, we are digitizing and automating the diagnosis of kinematic motion defects, offering effective therapy.


We're in search of a Product Owner to join our growing team and make impactful enhancements to the user experience! Your task will be to collaborate with technical and veterinary teams to develop a system that not only meets market expectations but also becomes a breakthrough in animal care.


Responsibilities:


✅ Create and implement the roadmap and procedures related to new product launches of Wimba Diagnostics,

✅ Coordinate the development of AI-driven video analysis for canine kinematics to detect injuries and illnesses through motion patterns and gait analysis,

✅ Coordinate the integration of IoT technology into orthotic devices to monitor various metrics such as the dog's steps, condition, pace, and load, utilizing AI and ML algorithms for enhanced analysis,

✅ Planning and management of research with dogs and analysis of collected data

✅ Coordinating work and managing process and execution across Designers, R&D, IT. Work closely with the founders and management

✅ Combining hardware and software components, ensuring consistency within the product system

✅ Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget for products

✅ Building and executing budget, reporting time underestimates


Required Skills:


📍 Minimum 5 years experience or in 2 different companies, in product management / product ownership in both hardware and software ( in a startup environment)

📍 Polish and English language skills at least C1 level

📍 Experience working with AI, IoT, research-related processes and the ability to understand and integrate data from various sources.

📍 Customer-focused approach, ability to adapt to changing conditions and project requirements

📍 Experience in a similar industry and understanding of project objectives. Preferably with the project starting from scratch.

📍 Experience working on Road Maps (including full-side product development) and product management tools

📍 Ability to manage hybrid projects, adapt to change and communicate effectively

📍 Ability to set clear goals and motivate the team to achieve them

📍 Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to accept and give corrective feedback and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups

📍 (nice to have) Knowledge of canine and/or human kinematics
